What to Expect

It's Simple!
When your organization identifies a problem, a need, a challenge or an opportunity, give us a call or email us. We will respond within 24 hours.
MultiLink offers a full-service approach for business and not-for-profit organizations. We maintain the expertise and diversification necessary to address all aspects of your business situation.

Step One

Our first consultation with you is free! Why? Because we want you to be put at ease. Some of you may have never used the services of a consultant before and therefore you may have many questions. We want you to fully understand how we will work with you to achieve your goals. And, we have lots of questions too. We want to ensure that we have a complete understanding of your business needs and how we can assist you.

To help you assess your current situation, we have designed a questionnaire to pinpoint areas of concern. We listen and take the time necessary to determine what your needs might be. And, the best part is, it won't cost you anything to have this discussion.

Step Two

Once we have decided together on the issues to address, our consultants provide you with a detailed quote for services, clearly outlining costs, roles, responsibilities and time lines for discussion. Should the quote be mutually acceptable, both parties sign a contract and work commences. All of our consultants adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and a Confidentiality Agreement. Regular reports and communications are on-going during the course of the engagement.

Step Three

Once the work is completed, we arrange an exit interview to discuss the outcomes. We value your feedback and ask you to complete a short Performance Evaluation questionnaire that indicates to us, your level of satisfaction with our work and methodology. We take our business relationships seriously and value your input and comments.
